Nigerian music star, Dapo Oyebanjo also known as Dbanj has been caught in the web of drama following the rape allegations levelled against him by Seyitan Babatayo over the last few weeks.

On Wednesday, June 24, 2020, Babatayo released a press statement where she gave a detailed account of what happened during her arrest by the police on the orders of the music star.

Since that statement went public, Twitter has been going wild with a lot of people expressing their anger and disdain over Dbanj's handling of the allegation.

According to the press statement, Dbanj in collaboration with the police, did what they could to silence Seyitan but still failed.

I'm proud of the Nigerian women who strongly stood together to protect her.
