The company who the singer allegedly defrauded has revealed via a statement, that the singer is far from free and that no court has acquitted him.

The statement obtained from Tapjets' Head of flight safety and security, Mr Konstantin, reads: "There is a 180-day delay in bringing full charges. Information from our attorney indicated that his accomplice, Chukwuebuka Ilochonwu, is giving police full cooperation.
"This was why they asked for 180 days to bring big charges. So he is not free. Court record says "no action" it does not say "not guilty."
Earlier this week, Davido announced on social media that Krane had been found innocent of fraud charges.

Recall that the pop star was arrested in Miami, Florida based on reports of grand theft, credit card and identity fraud.
