Gym Fail Videos Are Great Because It's Fun to See People Suffer a Little

Back in November, Mike Gold, a powerlifter from New York, filmed himself attempting a set of squats at his gym in preparation for a meet. According to his account, he failed to correctly "screw on" one competition collar on his barbell while getting ready to squat. In turn, while walking out with the barbell resting on his shoulders, one collar soon slid off, and along with it, roughly 60kg in plates. The collar and the plates on the opposite side quickly joined the others on the floor.
