Nigerian coach, Efe Sodje punished for flirting with player’s girlfriend

It is believed that former Nigerian international defender, Efe Sodje who is now assistant manager at lower division English side, Macclesfield was penalised of rone week after he was reported by one of his players of molesting his girlfriend.

Striker Malachi Lavelle-Moore, 20, says he is considering quitting football after Sodje’s alleged outburst when he approached 26-year-old girlfriend, Cara Cofie.

Sodje 42, approached Miss Cofie while Malachi was warming up ahead of  the club’s 1-1 draw at Nuneaton last month and he told her that ‘’the forward had not been picked due to a lack of aggression, asking her whether the forward was aggressive in the bedroom and suggested he could take his place if not.’’
