Kim Kardashian has introduced to her teeming followers an app named ‘Screenshop’ .
The reality TV queen was also in the news sometime back for a mobile game app KimKardashian:Hollywood said to have raked in millions of dollars in revenue.
This app is meant to enable her followers dress like her and other celebs they follow. It can be applied across social sites including Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat among others.
Problem with this is most of the outfits that these stars wear are pricey and would be far from reach for the average Joe, which would only make some feel some type of way.
It's more like a reminder for some that Instagram can be very intimidating with all the perfect photos, exotic locations and all.
How does the app work?
The app works by taking a screenshot of the outfit you are admiring on a celebrity,
Then, heading back into Screenshop to access your camera roll.
Screenshop will then show you a number of clothing options that are similar to what the figure in your screenshot is wearing, along with their prices.
When you click on the option you desire, you get redirected to the merchant’s website, all without leaving the app.
Apparently, you can take a picture of someone’s outfit on the street and screenshop it.
And even though the app sometimes gets it wrong in matching the type of outfit screenshopped, according to those who have tried it such s bring results of heels when you screenshop sandals, the app is still pretty awesome.
Screenshop is definitely convenient, and a great idea. For ladies, if you love a friend's shirt, but are too lazy to ask her where she got it, this app is perfect for you. And if you want to create a budget version of what SelenaGomez is wearing, Screenshop can help you do that too.
Besides it doesn’t always have to be a celeb’s most likely expensive dress you are interested in having to screenshop. The moderately priced wears also are accommodated.
