Abby Lee Miller Posts Creepy 'Dance Moms' Preview

Abby Lee Miller just posted a preview of the upcoming season of Dance Moms: Resurrection, and people have some feelings about some of the props her dancers are shown using.

The choreographer is recently in remission after a year-long battle with Burkitt lymphoma, a type of non-Hodgkins lymphoma that affects white blood cells. She's currently in a wheelchair after spinal surgery, and it looks like some of her dance team's numbers are inspired by her health issues.

In a preview she posted today, one dancer is shown lifting herself from a wheelchair on stage and in another clip, the dancers can be seen carrying a coffin down a hallway-you know, normal dance routine stuff (uh, not really).

In another, a young girl is wearing shears on her hands a la Edward Scissorhands, and after a confrontation with one of the dancers' parents, the police show up at the studio. Yikes, amiright?

In the caption, Abby writes, "Who said I couldn't do it? This show is better than ever!!! I'M BACK!" Throughout the clip, Abby talks about how this is her second chance, and she wants her dancers to carry on her legacy. "I am going to be tougher and meaner than ever before," she says, ending the video with a pretty evil-looking smile, tbh.

In the comments, viewers caught on to the nature of the video, and didn't hold back. "This seems like a horror movie," one wrote. Another said, "Why is this like a trailer of a thriller?" Clearly, people have thoughts about the situations Abby Lee is putting her dancers in.

Still, whether you're an Dance Moms fan or not, this season certainly looks like it's going to be dramatic AF. Dance Moms: Resurrection premiers July 4th on Lifetime.
