Singer and songwriter from the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Fally Ipupa is know to have an eccentric clothing style, one similar to what American rapper Kanye West has. Fally Ipupa has won two MTV Africa Music Awards for Best Video and Best Francophone Artiste and has featured with many top Nigerian artists like Dbanj and J Martins.
He recently posted a picture of himself on Instagram wearing a paisley shirt, matching shorts and Diesel sneakers. The ensemble looked very much like what a lady should be wearing, and also similar to an outfit Beyonce Knowles - Carter was spotted in last year.
