Golden Movie Awards have announced the call for entries for the 2016 edition of the awards.

The organizers of the annual Golden Movie Awards have announced the call for entries for the 2016 edition of the awards.

The awards which is one of the biggest events on the African event calendar seeks to honour outstanding achievements in the African television and film industry.

Filmmakers, directors, producers and film practitioners can now submit entries which must be works released between January 1 and December 31, 2015.

With the awards ceremony slated for May 2016, entries submission closes on Sunday, February 28, 2016.

Past winners of the award include delectable actress, Nse Ipke Etim, Adesua Etomi, AY Makun, Shirley Frimpong Manso, Ramsey Nuoah, O.C Ukeje, Chris Attoh, among several others.
