Today is the birthday of the popular Nigerian entertainer Denrele Edun. The TV presenter, VJ and actor is popular for his distinct sense of fashion and personality.
The entertainer, who obtained a degree from The Lagos State University Graduate, stormed into the entertainment scene at the age of 11 when he played a presenter on Kiddies vision on NTA. He also worked as a presenter in SoundCity, he is currently one of Channel O's VJ.
He has featured in movies like 'Make a Move', Gold digging and others.
Speaking on his personality, Denrele said "I am just expressing my individuality. Most people ask me that question and I would say I just want to be me. Some people think I dress like this to attract attention, but I have always had attention from childhood". Denrele has won 16 awards and over 30 nominations in his career.
