Michelle Obama is one fit, strong lady and this "#GimmeFive FLOTUS Style video proves it.
The video shows the five ways she keeps active and they include jumping rope, ab exercises, jump squats, bench presses, and boxing.
This comes as no surprise as the First Lady is known for her commitment to health and fitness, and has been working to combat childhood obesity since launching the in 2010.
Michelle's workout video was done as her way of encouraging people to share five ways they're living a healthier life by eating better and exercising more, a part of the first lady's #GimmeFive campaign launched in honor of the Let's Move campaign's five-year anniversary.
