A mum of four Kimberly Henderson has posted a picture of her 'mum bod' because she was tired of people telling her that her body was perfect for a woman with four kids.
Before having kids, she had abs but after four kids her stomach is stretched with marks. "Everyone always compliments me on how I have such a “perfect” body after 4 kids. I decided to upload this pic and leave my belly “unedited” “unphotoshopped” because I used to struggle with accepting my body after kids."
It took a while for her to come to terms with her body, but now she accepts and loves it. "I struggled so much because I was young and all these girls my age had perfect bodies and I was in my one piece bathing suit trying to hide all my flaws" she writes in her Facebook post.
The post of her 'mum bod' has now been liked over 100,000 times and shared over 10,000.
