Sessegnon has been in fine form for Fulham which has seen him score 14 goals in a total of 46 appearances for the first team this season and also contributed six assists.
The 17-year-old beat teammate Thomas Cairney and Wolverhampton Wanderers midfielder Ruben Neves to emerge winner of the Championship Player of the Year award.
Sessegnon also won four other awards on the night, which included Young Player of the Season, Championship Apprentice of the Year and he was also included in the Team of the Season.
The England youth player was given a Special Recognition Award for his inclusion on the EFL Club Developed XI, alongside superstars such as Raheem Sterling and Joe Hart.
After scooping two awards at the , Sessegnon has now added another five awards to his collection.
Speaking after receiving his award, Sessegnon stated that he is proud to be awarded for his performances.
He said, “I'm very proud. It's a special moment for me. Coming through the youth ranks at Fulham to where I am now. I'm incredibly proud.”
Since his promotion to the first team, Sessegnon has become a key figure for Fulham manager Slavisa Jokanovic.
Sessegnon is still up for more awards after he became the first Championship player to be nominated for the .
Fulham are still on course to mark a memorable season as they are still in the race to gain promotion to the Premier League.
Sessegnon will return to the pitch when Fulham travel to face Millwall in their next league encounter on Friday, April 20.
