The 2022 Champions League final between Premier League giants Liverpool and La Liga powerhouse Real Madrid had a lot of stars in attendance.
The final at the Stade de France on Saturday, May 28 had to start late with fan trouble outside the stadium.
Reactions to Champions League final
Los Angeles Lakers forward LeBron James took to Twitter to state that he is on his way to the stadium.
He wrote, "@LFC FANS, don't let the match start until I land. OMW!! #YNWA."

A Champions League involving Real Madrid meant that some legends of the club would show up.
To support Real Madrid on the biggest stage were former players such as Luis Figo, Raul Gonzalez and Zinedine Zidane.
Tennis legend Rafael Nadal came to support Real Madrid despite having a game at the French Open the next day.
Nadal who is a Real Madrid honorary member was in attendance recently to celebrate their La Liga triumph.
The star of the opening ceremony however was Cuban-born American singer, actress, and songwriter Camila Cabello.
Cabello opened the Champions League final and was praised for her performance by fans on social media.
