Herbal teas have been around for centuries and apart from their great taste, filled with antioxidants they are medicinal. Making herbal tea isn't hard, they come in dry or fresh form/usually bagged and are steeped in hot water for a few minutes afterwards they are ready to be taken.

There are different ones for different lifestyle effect, for instance:

1. Ginger teas help to reduce arthritic pains

Ginger tea contain anti-inflammatory properties that helps to reduce pains in the joint and studies reveal taking it often help to considerably lessen pains associated with arthritis.

2. Peppermint tea helps to fight Indigestion

Peppermint tea helps to improve digestion as it soothes intestines and the stomach muscles lessening bloating and muscle spasms. It works to help bowel movement and refreshes the body's entire system. It's also useful for weight loss, to tackle stress, used for halitosis and more.

3. Chamomile tea is used to tackle insomnia

Chamomile tea helps reduce muscle pain, boost immunity, keeps the body's/PH levels balanced as well as helps to reduce pains associated with monthly periods, reduce stress and so on.

How to make herbal tea:

-Steep tea or (boil herbs) in a pot of hot water for about 7-10 minutes

-Strain the water

-Leave to cool and drink

You can drink up to three cups of herbal tea daily.

Note that people with history of heartburns and other medical conditions can react badly to herbal tea, be sure you are able take whichever one you decide to without uncomfortable effects.
