How to get rid of eye bags

Eye bags are usually as a result of lack or inadequate sleep, stress and more from everyday activities and they make the eyes appear dull, these 3 simple ways are effective in tackling them...

Everyday living and working can definitely take a toll on your eyes. You have to be up early to beat traffic, stare at a computer several hours of the day, journey home in traffic only to get home late and the cycle continues day in day out. This will most likely lead to eye bags from stress and most especially inadequate sleep.

You don’t have to go around with  eye bags that are not Prada, there are ways to get rid of unpleasant eye bags that make you look like you are desperately in need of sleep.

1. Ice Cubes : The swelling under the eyes can be cleared and relieved by lying down and placing ice cubes over the eyes. This can be made easier by placing the ice cubes on the area of the eye bags and then wearing a sleeping mask to keep the ice cubes from slipping out of place. lay back and enjoy the soothing cold cubes work it’s magic.

2. Cucumbers : Various fruits can be used for one beauty trick or the other, in this case its cucumbers. Get a cucumber, store it in the fridge so that it’s quite cold. Once you are ready, cut 2 thin slices of cucumbers and place them over your eyes for about 15-20 minutes. You can even nap while the cucumbers are rejuvenating the skin under your eyes, don't worry about the left over cucumber, you can eat that.

3. Concealer: If you are in a hurry and don’t have time to place cold tea bags or cucumbers over your eyes, you can opt for a quick fix; concealer. Get a concealer that matches your skin tone and with your concealer brush blot out the obvious eye bags. The concealer will hide the eye bags all day. Right before you sleep it’s mandatory to clean off the concealer, wash your face and then use cold cucumbers, cold tea bags or even ice cubes to soothe the eyes.
