4 ways to guarantee happiness for the rest of your life

It's hard to find out what makes us happy. It could take very little or a lot mentally. Truth is, it doesn’t have to be hard to make our own happiness. Here are seven ways to up our levels of happiness:

Friends:

Invest in great friendship. You know how people say “show me your friend and i’ll tell you who you are”, it actually should be “show me your friends and i’ll tell you how happy you are.” Great friends bring great happiness.

Fill your time:

Instead of being idle and finding ways to be idle, fill your days with positive and creative projects. Find new ways to make the world a better place through your gifts.

Figure out your happiness:

Plan your happy moments ahead. In a place like Nigeria, where things can get out of control if you don’t plan your time adequately, try to input some fun days in the midst of all that crazy.

Volunteer:

We’re at an all time high in regards to the amount of needy people in our communities. A simple way that you can guarantee happiness is to give back to those around you either with your time, money or any other way you know how.
