Beyonce's Sister Planning To Wed Alan Ferguson on November 16

Solange will reportedly be tying the knot with her longtime partner , Alan, this weekend in New Orleans

Beyonce's little sister is definitely on her way to becoming a married woman, if recent reports are anything to go by.

According to an exclusive report by Us Weekly, Solange Knowles will be getting married to her longtime boyfriend, Alan Ferguson, this weekend. The magazine also claims that the wedding will take place near Solange's home in New Orleans.

Following in her sister's footsteps, Solange is keeping details of her relationship and wedding very private.

In fact, she has never even officially confirmed that she and Alan are engaged, although numerous media outlets reported that Solange accepted a proposal from the video director on her 28th birthday back in June.

On that same day, the 28-year-old singer posted a photo of her and 51-year-old Alan hugging in the ocean in Jamaica, on Instagram along with this caption: "Today couldn't have been more perfect. I couldn't have smiled harder. Thank you for all of your lovely and wonderful wishes. They warmed my heart and I simply feel grateful for all of the love."

Us Weekly also claims that Solange and Alan's wedding will take place on Sunday, November 16, 2014, in front of their friends and family. The nuptials will be prefaced with a rehearsal dinner on Saturday night, and a movie night on Friday evening.

This will be Solange's second marriage. She married her high school sweetheart, Daniel Julez in 2004 at the age of 17. Months later, Solange gave birth to their son, Daniel Jr. The marriage ended two years later. In an interview with Essence in March, Solange stated that getting married at such a young age has made her a lot more mature than the typical 27-year-old, which may be a good thing, considering her husband-to-be, Alan, is 23 years older than she is.

"Just going through a marriage and a divorce-which I essentially did by 21-will give you an insane amount of perspective on life," she said.
