In an interview with Peta Pixel, Shawns stated that the project started in 2012 when he was experimenting. He added that shooting ring-reflection wedding photos were more difficult that the standard wedding photography.
“The project has evolved quite a bit over the last couple of months to some much more challenging compositions, I figure at some point standard reflections in rings will be a lot more common … so I need to push things even further,” Adams-Shawn told Peta Pixel.
