The driver posted a note which read: ‘My car is taxed so I will park where I want! It’s a public road and not your personal parking space. It is not a disabled space, so I am not breaking the law, which, by the way, you are, by parking on the path!
‘If you want to park outside your house, have a drive put in! or buy a garage'
