China has found a solution to it's congested roads.
China reduces congestion with futuristic bus
China is using the Transit Explore Bus (TEB) to reduce traffic on Beijing roads.
The unveiling of a computer simulation of the bus took place at a tech expo where Song Youzhou, the chief engineer of the project, shared details.
According to him, this futuristic bus reduces traffic by carrying 1, 400 passengers, at once, and going above congestions at 60 kilometres per hour.
This bus works with electricity and is supported by two legs, which go along the rails on the roads.
“The biggest advantage is that the bus will save lots of road space.
Our first test bus is planned to be put on track in north China’s Qinhuangdao City at the end of July or in August", he added.
