The company also said it would be unable to render support services through mediums such as chat, or phone, at least until the fuel situation abated.
While emphasising on the fact that its, services and hosting activities were not affected, the company assured customers that it is working on work to circumvent the conundrum.
According to the statement, the company also apologised for inconveniences and guaranteed that top quality service would be back as it was working tirelessly to restore operations back to normal.
