A bus that runs entirely on human faeces(poop)

The Bio-Bus, as it is called, will be fuelled at a sewage point where human waste and food will be converted to biomethane.

An innovative move to go green, the city of Bristol are set to launch a bus that will run entirely on local’s poo. This is part of an environmental campaign that is geared to protect the environment.

The Bio-Bus, as it is called, will be fuelled at a sewage point along bristol’s service 2 route, where human waste and food will be converted biomethane. The official handlers of this project GENeco say they have put machineries in place to handle a project of this magnitiude.

The 40-seater will operate four days a week with the help of more than 32,000 households whose waste gets processed at the Bristol sewage plant, according to First Group.

Experts say it is a welcome development that should be adopted all over the Uk, stressing that the bus will help improve air quality, will be quieter than other public vehicles and won’t exude any odors. The telegraph reported that this innovation will help people believe in the recycling ethic. An excited Bristol resident said the bio-bus will also encourage British people to start calling their toilets a throne, instead of a loo. He said the British passengers can confidently assert that their "shit" don’t stink.
