Face-off between ex-MD Marek Zmyslowski's HotelOga, hotel booking site

According to Jovago global CEO, Paul Midy, Jovago is investing In developing hotel channel and property management software solutions for the hotels it has listed on its platform

Marek Zmyslowski has floated HotelOga few months after exiting Jovago

Jovago had its annual stakeholder meeting yesterday and interesting information revealed at the meeting pointed in the direction which Jovago was hoping to go next.

That may be the reason why Jovago was pissed and reportedly keen to sue Zmyslowski back in January. True to form, the Polish serial entrepreneur went on to publish a series of tweets which basically say that Zmyslowski may have brought up the idea while he was at Jovago, but the powers that be refused to roll with it, and now that he has setup his own platform, the Jovago management is going at him. (See those tweets below)

He also stated that he is not afraid to go head-to-head with RocketInternet, Jovago's parent company, because software is not one of the company's strong points.

Whichever way you look at it, Zmyslowski is not the only problem Paul Midy will have to face - Femi Akinde's Slimtrader is also in the same business. Gentlemen, shall we? *in Elijah Mikaelson's voice*

Let us also not be in a hurry to forget Hotels.ng's Mark Essien, who seems to have stayed out of all the drama going on in the tech hospitality group. He will probably have to get his hands dirty sooner or later.
