6 students die in car accident
Four victims reportedly died on the spot while the rest died on Monday, January 11.
The accident which occurred on Sunday, January 10, happened when the driver of the bus lost control at Zangon Buji village in Dutse Local Government Area.
He said that the bus was conveying Exchange students of Unity Schools from Damaturu, Yobe, to Abuja.
Four victims reportedly died on the spot while the rest died on Monday at the Rasheed Shekoni Specialists Hospital, Dutse.
Mr Zayyanu Ibrahim, the Public Relations Officer of the command said 16 others who sustained various degree of injury were receiving treatment at the Dutse General Hospital and the Rasheed Shekoni Specialists Hospital.
He advised motorists to desist from speeding under whatever circumstances.
