Sanchez who has fallen out with manager Arsene Wenger and most of his teammates is set to quit the club in the summer.
The 28-year-old was dropped from the starting line-up of Arsenal’s 3-1 defeat to Liverpool in the Premier League on Saturday, March 4.
The drop came after he reportedly had a bust-up with his teammate in training although Wenger has denied the reports.
It is understood that the striker has told the club that he will be leaving in the summer.
To avoid a situation similar to that of Robin van Persie, Arsenal have told Sanchez he cannot sign for another Premier League team.
RVP left Arsenal in the summer of 2012 to sign for rivals Manchester United, firing them to the Premier League title that season.
Samir Nasri and Gael Clichy also left Arsenal for Premier League rivals, Manchester City.
With Chelsea and Manchester City reportedly interested in the Chilean, Arsenal do not want a repeat of the RVP situation.
The former Barcelona player is likely to sign for Paris Saint-Germain who are willing to offer him a weekly wage of £300,000.
Juventus are also interested in the former Udinese forward.
