Talks are ongoing for historic boxing bout between retired and unbeaten Mayweather and UFC star McGregor.

Joshua who became one of the biggest name's in boxing following his win over Wladimir Klitschko in April wants to be on the undercard for that fight.

You heard it right, the undercard.

The 27-year-old met Mayweather at a fans’ event where he told him of his wish to be on the undercard.

“Get me on the undercard!” Joshua told Mayweather.

“That's legendary sh*t, that fight will go (down) in history.”

For those who don’t know what an undercard means in boxing, it is a match between two lesser known boxers before a huge boxing bout.

Although the Mayweather Vs McGregor fight will be one of the biggest in boxing history, Joshua in his own right is too big to be on the undercard.
