Wald who was later arraigned in count, on Monday, December 4 pleaded guilty to “failing to notify authorities of his death from an illness he was not getting treatment for,” under the Coroner’s Act.

Superior Court Justice Marjoh Agro sentenced her to a 5-year suspended sentence and 18-month probation with counselling.

"Your belief that your husband would resurrect is not an issue," Agro told her Monday. "This is not about your religious beliefs. It is about your safety, the safety of your children and the safety of the community at large."
