Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch

The 'Neverland' ranch, previously owned by Michael Jackson, is currently on sale.

Originally bought by the late King of Pop for $19.5 million in 1987, the ranch is being sold for $100 million (N19.9b).

According to CNBC, the owners of the property, a real estate investment firm called Colony Capital, who bought the property for $22.5 million, are targeting Chinese buyers.

"Our goal is to display these unique properties to Chinese buyers. If you look at the U.S. property market, it's been boosted by an influx of Chinese investors. They are the largest foreign investors, having spent $30 billion last year alone. Those people are really buying things at the high end of the market..."

The owners have listed the home on Luxify, an online marketplace of luxury goods.
