In a statement released by the company’s Assistant General Manager, Ufuoma Ukueku, the company attributed it's success to it's designs.

For this year, the company has gone a step ahead to achieve Nigeria's first civil engineering feat, the ‘‘curve architecture’’.

According to Ukueku, this 2016 design has a unique roof that goes from the first deck to the upper roof.

Other features of the 2016 design include internal enhancements, such as LED light emitting wall switches, these help the residents find their way around in the dark.

Also noteworthy are the new spot lights, these take 90% off the energy load.

All of these, particularly the architectural design, make Haven Homes stand out.
