China tops list of real estate investors
Australia is China’s second most preferred destination for real estate investment.
According to a latest report released by Basis Point,“Over 25,000 Australian residential properties have been purchased by Chinese citizens over the past three years.”
Basis Point provides business intelligence and networking opportunities for participants in the investment & financial markets in Australia and Asia.
The report also revealed that capital injection into the real estate sector of Australia, from China, with a period of one year, is worth $12.4 billion.
