‘All the nominees are worthy,’ Oshiomhole

The future that I see and the future that President Buhari is determined to build, is the one in which there would be strong relationship between effort and reward and your effort can only flow from what you know.

Governor Adams Oshiomhole of Edo state.

The Edo sate Governor, Adams Oshiomhole has praised President Buhari for assembling quality people to serve on his cabinet.

Oshiomhlose said this, at the book launch of Professor Emmanuel Emovon.

He said President Buhari “is already inspiring all of us by the quality of ministers he has assembled. People may have political issues but in terms of the quality of those people, I have not seen any of them that anybody can dismiss as not worthy of his nomination. So, we are going to have a Presidency and a Federal Executive Council manned by men and women that are determined to lead the path of change and all of us can contribute to make that change happen.”

“The future that I see and the future that President Buhari is determined to build, is the one in which there would be strong relationship between effort and reward and your effort can only flow from what you know. It cannot flow from what you don’t know and it cannot flow from who you know. We must reposition our country and encourage our young people to recognise that they can define what they want to be in life. Hard work will pay; if it didn’t pay in the recent past, it will pay now and in the future because I know that President Buhari is determined to eliminate that idle class that makes so much money without business address and ensure that those who make money can explain how they made the money so they can inspire others to toe that path.”

“We want to do away with a country where people can boast of having so much, not on account of their industry but on account of their connections; a country that returns to the rule of law. Where there is discipline, there is the fear of God and also the fear of man. I think Professor Emovon is an example of such a citizen,” Oshiomhole said.
