The decision of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), allowing the All Progressives Congress (APC), to choose a new Gubernatorial candidate for the elections coming up on Saturday, December 5, 2015, has sparked a lot of reactions.

The selection of Yahaya Bello, as the APC Governorship candidate in the upcoming supplementary election did not go down well with some party members.

You will recall that James Faleke, the running mate to the late Abubakar Audu, who participated in the November 21, 2015 Kogi governorship election, rejected APC’s decision to field Bello.

Prince Abubakar Audu died moments after INEC declared that the elections in Kogi were inconclusive.
