Nigerians attack Senator for asking Buhari to appoint ‘common sense’ minister

Senator Ben Murray-Bruce made the comment while urging Buhari to sell Nigeria’s 11 presidential jets.

Senator Ben Murray-Bruce has once again been criticized via social media after he asked President Muhammadu Buhari for a ‘Minister for Common Sense,’

Bruce made the comment while urging Buhari to sell Nigeria’s 11 presidential jets.

“We need a common sense revolution. Though I know its not practical, I almost wish @MBuhari would appoint a minister for common sense!” the Senator tweeted on Monday, June 22, 2015.

Many Nigerians however found the comment to be in bad taste and disrespectful to the President.
