The nominees for the 2015 Vodafone Ghana Music Awards have been unveiled, and Sarkodie leads the list with 11 nominations.
Rapper tops Vodafone Ghana Music Awards 2015 with 11 Nominations
The Ghanaian rapper is up for a record number of categories including 'Artiste of the year', 'Rapper of the year', and 'Record of the year'.

The nominees’ announcement and Grand launch of the 16th edition of Vodafone Ghana Music Awards held at the La Palm Royal Beach Hotel in Accra on Friday, February 27, and the Ghanaian rapper is up for a record number of categories including 'Artiste of the year', 'Rapper of the year', and 'Record of the year'.
In the glamorous 'African artiste of the year', three Nigerian artistes are set to slug it out. Tiwa Savage, Yemi Alade, Patoranking, are up against each other, and they will face stiff competition from South African rapper AKA, and Tanzanian pop star, Diamond Platnumz.
The show, hosted by popular Ghanaian satirist, DKB and TV personality Bella saw some impressive performances from Dark Suburb, Pappy Kojo, Koda and Dancehall sensation, Vybrant Faya.
