In an interview with TW Magazine, Falz attributes the reason behind creating the funny character to him being shy.
"Deep down inside, I’m a shy guy, I have to put on a character every time I go out and that’s what this entertainment industry is all about" he said.
Falz's funny personality has helped him rise considerably within the last one year. His debut album '' released in May, 2013 was favourably received. The album scored the major hit 'Marry Me' featuring Yemi Alade, Poe.
