Matt letscher to return as 'Reverse-Flash'

According to EW, the actor will not return disguised as Harrison Wells, but in his original form as he was in the first season of show.

Barry Allen's first nemesis, Eobard Thawne (Matt Letscher), will return in the upcoming second half of the CW hit TV series "The Flash."

According to EW, the actor will not return disguised as Harrison Wells, but in his original form as he was in the first season of show.

"His impossible return to Central City puts a member of the S.T.A.R. Labs team in unexpected danger, forcing Barry to make a life-changing decision," executive producer Todd Helbing said.

Letscher will return in the 11th episode of the second half of series, which is titled "The Reverse-Flash Returns."

In the season one finale, Eddie Thawne defeated Eobard by sacrificing himself, which erased Eobard's existence from the timeline.

"The Flash" stars Grant Gustin as Barry Allen/The Flash, Candice Patton as Iris West, Rick Cosnett as Eddie Thawne, Danielle Panabaker as Caitlin Snow, Carlos Valdes as Cisco Ramon and Jesse L. Martin as Detective Joe West.
