The first set of nominees for the 2016 Teen Choice Awards were announced on Tuesday, May 24, 2016.

"Pretty Little Liars" led the list with six nominations.

Taraji P Henson, Jennifer Lopez, Kerry Washington, Ashley Benson, Troian Bellisario, Maia Mitchell have been nominated in the best actress category.
