Steve Wozniak describes new biopic as the real deal

The new Steve Jobs movie might be the one you need to watch if you really want to see an excellent portrayal of the Apple founder and how he made his magic.

Director Danny Boyle and writer Aaron Sorkin was astonishingly given high praises for their film when it had a special screening at the 42 Telluride Film Festival on Saturday night. So it was no surprise that Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak was excited over the new Steve Jobs film from Universal Studios, according to the Verge.

“I saw a rough cut and I felt like I was actually watching Steve Jobs,” Wozniak said in an interview with Deadline Hollywood. “I give full credit to Danny Boyle and Aaron Sorkin for getting it so right.” Coming from the man who knew the Apple founder himself, it’s safe to say that the movie is really going to be an amazing story to watch.

According to Deadline Hollywood, Danny Boyle shared that the script was a surprising 200 pages filled with special kinds of dialogue that only Sorkin seems to have a forte in. On the other hand, Michael Fassbender’s portrayal of Steve Jobs wasn’t to be taken lightly. His excellent representation and acting gave the movie the kick it needs to become a film for the ages, of course with the help of other amazing actors like Kate Winslet, Jeff Daniels, Michael Stuhlbarg, and Seth Rogen as Steve Wozniak, shared by Deadline Hollywood.

“Like Jobs himself, it’s a film of movement. We thought the film as the sound of his own mind,” Boyle shared in an interview with the Guardian. “[Jobs] is someone a lot of people have a lot of very strong feelings about. It’s a bit like setting out to write about the Beatles.”
