Actress on set of “Ojukokoro” in the United States

The actress has taken time off from her holiday in the States to star in this new project.

Iyabo Ojo and U.S based filmmaker Wendy Pie on the film set

Iyabo Ojo is set to feature in a new film titled “Ojukokoro”. The movie directed by Promise Adeyemi is being shot in California, USA.

“Ojukokoro” is in Yoruba language. The movie produced by Wendy Pie is scheduled to be released later in the year.

This is not the first time Ojo is working with Adeyemi. Last year, she and her son Festus Oladunjoye Ojo  starred in “The Mask” written by the Nigerian born filmmaker. She played a leading role in the film alongside Yoruba actor Hollywood actor Dorien Wilson.

Iyabo Ojo is also a director and a producer. She started her movie career in 1998. Last year she worked on several projects including  “Black Val” which she produced and “Awusa” directed by Say'd A Lawa.
