Long Enough Courtship

You should have a long enough courtship to understand who you are going to be with. You can't know anybody entirely, but at least to understand 'this is the person you want to be with’ and that take a little bit of time, dedication and a bit of exclusivity. You can’t date like 5 people at once; you can’t know 5 people at the same time.

Financial Independence

There is no romance without finance – you will look into each other’s face, even if that is what you do for the rest of your life, you still need to get a cup of water or drink, and you need money to do that.

Spiritually Dependent

This is a part we take for granted, you are going to bring someone into the world, you are going to be responsible for other people, and therefore you need to have a strong relationship with God.

Compatibility with Family Members

You also have to consider that you have compatibility down to the family members. They have to understand each other to an extent; they don’t have to understand each other completely.
