There's a new trailer for the upcoming controversial and much anticipated movie

The upcoming film stars Smith as Nigerian-born, Bennet Omalu, who discovered Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy (CTE) in the brains of two NFL players, which later led them both to suicide.

Directed and written by Peter Landesman, "Concussion" is based on the 2009 GQ article 'Game Brain' by Jeanne Marie Laskas.

The movie stars Smith alongside Albert Brooks, Alec Baldwin, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Paul Reiser and Luke Wilson.

"Concussion" is scheduled for a December 25, 2015 opening.
