"As far as the audience is concerned; I talk to a lot of people and they are very happy that they can go to the cinema and pick from five movies showing. Rather than way back when if you see one Nigerian movie in the cinema, it's something special."

"But, there are a couple of filmmakers who are not happy with the arrangement the cinemas have, in terms of their rules and regulations, their percentage of the revenue they make."

Speaking on cinema versus TV, the actor stated that considering the amount of money that goes into shooting a quality movie for the cinema, organizing a premiere and the profit involved, he would choose to produce for TV as a filmmaker.

"The safe side for a filmmaker if you really want to make money will be to go TV.  But the good part about going to  the cinema is, once you're done with the cinema, you can still go to TV eventually. So you can make money on both ends," the filmmaker said.
