This follows Saraki's memo notifying his over 112 aides of a plan to terminate their appointments.
It was gathered that the Senate President's Office on Monday, January 30, confirmed Galaudu's resignation.
"Oga resigned today but he didn’t tell us the reason for doing so. He only said it’s on a personal ground," the report quoted an anonymous source to have said.
It was learnt that Galaudu resigned to pursue some non-political ambition and not because of a fall-out with Saraki.
The former senator was appointed on June 23, 2015.
