Amosu and his predecessor, Air Chief Marshal Alex Badeh (rtd) were in January 2016 arrested for the non-specification of procurement costs, absence of contract agreements, award of contacts beyond authorized threshold, transfer of public funds for unidentified purpose and general non-adherence to provisions of the Public procurement Act.

N558.2M Amount monthly diverted from funds meant for payment of salaries of Air force officials
