FG declares Monday, December 12 work free day

The announcement was made by Minister of Interior, Lt-Gen. Abdulrahman Dambazau on Thursday, December 8.

According to a statement released by ministry spokesman, Alhaji Muhammadu Maccido, Dambazau wished all Muslim faithful a happy celebration.

He also urged Nigerians to support the Muhammadu Buhari administration in its determination to build a better country.

Eid-El Maulud‎ is observed by Muslims as the birthday of Prophet Mohammed.
