These words came from the Chief Press Secretary to the Lagos state Governor, Mr. Habib Aruna, as he spoke to newsmen after GovernorAkinwunmi Ambode rescued an accident victim.
News sources say the Lagos state Governor was heading to his office when the accident occurred.
He ordered his convoy to stop and helped make sure the victim, Angela Anukam Angela was fine.
Angela lost control and hit the media on Osborne Road, Ikoyi, and the vehicle somersaulted.
The Governor also instructed her to be carried to the Lagos Island General Hospital by an ambulance attached to his convoy.
In conclusion, Aruna said “He has also, with this act, shown his commitment to an all-inclusive approach in protecting the lives and property of citizens in the state.”
