Two cousins of former President, Goodluck Jonathan have been released by their kidnappers after almost a month in captivity.
Kidnappers release ex-President’s cousins
Kate Ene, Patience Ebeni and their friend, Edith Ekeni were abducted on May 19, 2015, in the Ogbia Local Government Area of Bayelsa state.

Confirming the release, state police spokesperson, Asinim Butswat stated that the three women were released at about 11.30pm on June 15 in the Abua Local Government Area of Rivers State.
He however denied reports that the family had paid N15 million to secure the victims’ release.
