Ex presidential aide insults Twitter fans over Dasuki comment

Apparently, Okupe was trying to clear the air on his involvement in the arms purchase scam currently being investigated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

 

Dr. Doyin Okupe, a former aide of ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, spat venom at anyone that commented on his tweet about receiving salary from the National Security Adviser (NSA), Sambo Dasuki.

Okupe, on his Twitter timeline said “I was not paid arms deal money. The NSA paid for the running of my office monthly from August 2012.Dasukigate was in 2014.I did not take part in the campaign.”

Apparently, he was trying to clear the air on his involvement in the arms purchase scam currently being investigated by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

Doyin Okupe recently threatened that chieftains of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) from the South West will dump the party if the next party chairman does not come from the region.

Okupe was contested for the Ogun Governorship seat under the umbrella of the PDP in 2003.
