Former petroleum minister banned from leaving UK till 2016
The Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, is aimed at disrupting criminality, and hindering criminals, access to their funds.

Reports say Diezani will remain in the UK, until April 2016, when all investigations into her case, will be concluded.
She will only be allowed to leave the country, after an application on her case, has been approved by a court of law.
The court, in-line with the UK Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, approved the detention of the £27,000 seized from her apartment.
