Adegboruwa further accused Buhari of running the affairs of Nigeria as lone ranger as well as in a dictatorial manner.
The case was filed on Monday, June 22, 2015, at the Federal High Court in Lagos.
In the suit, Adegboruwa asserted that the continued stay of action of President Buhari on the appointment of his Ministers was contrary to the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
The lawyer had earlier threatened to sue the President because he dropped the title of General to reflect his new status as a democrat.
Buhari’s delay in appointing ministers has been a source of controversy since he assumed office on Friday, May 29.
The President however said he could not understand why people were so anxious to have ministers.
